Returns and Refunds

If the customer is not satisfied with the product he has bought, he will be able to change the articles not yet worn within 10 (ten) working days  since the date he received the goods.  The official procedure to follow in case of returned goods is the following :

To have his goods changed, the customer  ha s to send a written request to the e-mail address  within 10 (ten) working days  since the date he received the goods. 

In the e-mail please write the number of the order, the codes of the articles  due to be changed and the change requested : change in size, colour, product or refund.

Once we have received the request , our Client office will send to the custode a written confirmation containing the number of Return/Change Authorization. The customer has to write the number on the UPS waybill sent by us when he receives the returned/changed   product and pays the forwarding agent UPS a reduced fare.

The goods have to be returned in the same conditions they originally have been sent and pace, using the same package received (which can’t be tampered with).

The articles have to be returned to the office of  within  7 days from the written confirmation sent by our Client office.

The customer has to pay for the shipping of the articles.

To return goods the customer can take advantage of a service created with our forwarding agent UPS at a reduced fare, paying it in advance according to the instructions contained in the Return/Change Authorization.
